Στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Erasmus+ που υλοποιεί το 1ο ΚΕΔΑΣΥ Α΄ Θεσ/νίκης με τίτλο: «Πλοήγηση σε Ευρωπαϊκές Στρατηγικές Επαγγελματικής Ανάπτυξης για την Συμπεριληπτική Εκπαίδευση», πραγματοποιήθηκε η τρίτη μετακίνηση υπαλλήλων για επιμόρφωση σε χώρα του εξωτερικού.

Η κα Γερμανού Αντωνία (ΠΕ23), η κα Καζέπη Μαρία (ΠΕ71) και η κα   Φωτοπούλου Γεωργία (ΠΕ70), ψυχολόγος και εκπαιδευτικοί και μέλη του προσωπικού του 1ου ΚΕΔΑΣΥ Α΄ Θεσσαλονίκης, συμμετείχαν σε επιμόρφωση με θέμα: Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence and Bullying Prevention (Διαχείριση Συγκρούσεων, Συναισθηματική Νοημοσύνη και Πρόληψη της Βίας) που έλαβε χώρα στο Split  (Κροατία)  στις 07-04-2025 – 11-04-2025.

Οι συμμετέχουσες εμβάθυναν στους διάφορους τύπους σύγκρουσης και πως μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως ευκαιρία για ανάπτυξη. Μέσα από πρακτικές δραστηριότητες ανέπτυξαν την ικανότητά της ενεργητικής ακρόασης, της ενσυναίσθησης και της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης. Κατανόησαν τις συναισθηματικές ανάγκες των μαθητών/τριών τους με σκοπό την προώθηση θετικού κλίματος στην τάξη.Οι ενότητες που καλύφθηκαν είναι οι εξής:  

Conflict - causes, manifestations.

Practical approaches for incorporating conflict management into curriculum

Effective, practical communication tools for better school relations and community building

Emotional and social intelligence skills - how to enhance and foster them in yourself and others

Relational aggression and bullying - school-wide approaches for awareness and prevention.

Hands-on, practical activities to favor well-being, group cohesion, and a sense of belonging in the school community.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme implemented by the 1st KEDASY of A’ Thessaloniki, entitled “Navigating European Strategies for Professional Development in Inclusive Education,” the third staff mobility for training abroad was carried out.

Ms Antonia Germanou (PE23), Ms Maria Kazepi (PE71), and Ms Georgia Fotopoulou (PE70), psychologist and teachers, as well as members of the staff of the 1st KEDASY of A’ Thessaloniki, participated in the training course “Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence and Bullying Prevention,” which took place in Split, Croatia, from 7 April 2025 to 11 April 2025.

The participants deepened their understanding of the different types of conflict and of how conflict can be used as an opportunity for growth. Through practical activities, they developed skills in active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence. They also gained a better understanding of the emotional needs of their students, with the aim of promoting a positive classroom climate.

The modules covered in the course were the following: – Conflict: causes and manifestations – Practical approaches for incorporating conflict management into the curriculum – Effective and practical communication tools for improving school relationships and building community – Emotional and social intelligence skills: how to enhance and foster them in oneself and others – Relational aggression and bullying: school-wide approaches to awareness and prevention – Hands-on practical activities to promote well-being, group cohesion, and a sense of belonging within the school community
